Tucked into the heart of Maro village just 3 km from Nerja, Casa del Carmen is an enchanting house that has been beautifully restored using beamed ceilings and pretty tiles. The house is deceptively spacious and offers stylish comfort as well as a lovely walled garden/sun terrace around the pool (9m x 3m, depth 0.9m to 1.5m, with roman steps). Many guests return year after year to this unique villa. There are several restaurants and small supermarkets in the village and Maro’s small beach is approx. 15 min walk away downhill, whilst the busier beaches and greater variety of amenities in Nerja are easily reached by car or bus.
