Ideally located in the countryside just over 1 km from the village of Frigiliana and reached by 700m of cemented track, this recently built, spacious, comfortable and well equipped villa enjoys an elevated position with commanding views of the countryside and down to the coast from its balcony. Extensive sun terraces (with BBQ), bordered by avocado and banana trees surround the swimming pool and there is plenty of space for sunbathing in the private gardens. With high walls on one side and trees on the other, there is plenty of privacy around the private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 1.8m, with roman steps). Well furnished and attractively decorated, Los Verdiales is a good choice for anyone wanting a villa with privacy yet close to the village. The beaches, bars and restaurants of Nerja are approx. 6 km away.
