Casa Victoria is a semi detached, bright modern villa which is most conveniently situated in a residential area just 10 min walk from the centre of Nerja, with its variety of shops, bars and restaurants, and a similar distance from the nearest beach. There are several shops and restaurants within 5 min walk. Recently built, the house is comfortably furnished and has a lawned garden with a kidney shaped swimming pool (6m x 4m, depth 1.5m to 1.6m, with ladder) and BBQ. The villa is very close to Villa Jazmines (SSN077), and the gardens of Victoria are separated from the adjacent house by a high wall, so are quite private
