Fercomar Apartments are recently built Nerja Apartments located  just 80 metres away from the beach and a five minute walk to the nearest shops and ten minutes to the Balcon de Europe.

All apartments are fully equipped, bright and spacious with contemporary décor and feature a comfortable living room with TV, dining area, kitchen with tea and coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron, and washing machine, a bathroom, two spacious bedrooms for up to 4 people and a balcony.

Please note the apartments are not airconditioned, but do have fans.

The complex has a swimming pool.

Parking is available at a cost of 8 Euros per day.

There is no internet available at the moment.

Studio Apartments and 2 Bed Apartments sleeping up to 4 are available from £200 per week per apartment, depending on the season.
