Torrox Costa Residents object to development

Residents of Torrox Costa, just down the road from Nerja are up in arms over a planned development.
Around one hundred agricultural landowners in the Mascuñar area of Torrox Costa are objecting to plans to reclassify more than 700,000 square metres of land as development land. The land has the potential for 700 houses, hotels and sports facilities. The objectors wish the land to remain for agricultural use only.
